Tim Phelps enjoys building custom homes that his customers cherish for years. Tim's attention to detail is evident in all his builds no matter what size the house is. We work with high level craftsman to be sure your house is built right and will last a lifetime.
No job is too small for Tim Phelps & Co. We do it all from roof and foundation repairs to bathroom and kitchen remodels. We take renovations just as seriously as building a dream home and certainly stand behind all the work we complete.

Tim Phelps & Co. General Contracting and Construction is a fully licensed and insured construction company with an Unlimited license for any size residential or commercial job. Their goal is to build the highest quality construction in our area. They believe Quality not Quantity is the most important in the building industry.
Tim is the General Contractor with almost 40 years of building experience learning from his father Reginald Dalton Phelps in Creswell, NC. Tim is a gentle, soft-spoken man with a tremendous amount of knowledge and ability of the building industry.
Tim stays updated on information and issues in the building to help with his customers’ questions. Tim and his office manager, Dorothy Taylor work well together in accommodating the customer in all their homeowner needs.
